Physical Damage Policy

• Improper installation of CPU fans or overclocking may result in chipped or damaged CPUs, which will not be eligible for replacement.

• Examples of physical damage include, but are not limited to: broken parts, bent pins, burns, or damage due to improper handling or irregular usage.

• Any physically damaged products will be returned to the customer at their expense.

• A one-year warranty is applicable from the date of purchase.

• Products must be shipped to us for diagnosis. Upon assessment, the product will either be repaired or replaced and returned.

• One-way return shipping charges will be borne by shop.digitalIndiasoft.com.

• The warranty becomes void if:

  • The product seal is broken

  • The product is physically damaged or tampered with

  • The product is opened by an unauthorized person

• Products showing signs of physical damage will not be eligible for warranty and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
